The Challenge
Sales, operations, and logistics teams each worked in separate systems with no real-time sync. An order placed in Salesforce took 48 hours to reach the warehouse — by which time stock availability had often changed.
Our Solution
We built a real-time integration hub using MuleSoft with Kafka-backed event streaming, creating bidirectional sync between SAP, Salesforce, and the 3PL API. Order-to-warehouse latency dropped from 48 hours to under 2 minutes.
